Your Dia Method® Foundational Instructor certification will prepare you to safely coach prenatal clients to enjoy a fit pregnancy and prepare for an empowered birth and to help your postnatal clients recover core strength and total body fitness with a proven foundational system that is both effective and sustainable.
This course will be taught by Leah Keller, the creator of The Dia Method®.
Q: Are there any prerequisites to become a Dia Method® Foundational Instructor?
A: Yes. You must have at least 3 months of experience using The Dia Method® OR hold an existing fitness certification OR work in the medical field (this may include doctors, physical therapists, nurses, midwives, chiropractors and other professionals)
Q: Do I have to do anything else after I submit my application?
A: After the application deadline has been reached, we will review and reach out within 2 weeks to those whom have been chosen for a 1-1 Skype interview or phone call with a member of The Dia Method® team. We will select course participants after all interviews have been conducted.
Q: How much does certification cost?
A: Registration is $875. Once you have been selected to attend the course, you will be given a registration link.
Q: What happens after the certification?
A: After you have satisfied all requirements, you will be certified as a Dia Method® Foundational Instructor. Your name and classes will be listed on our website under “Find An Instructor” and you will be a member of the Dia Core Team. There is a monthly fee of $9.99 to maintain certification. Membership includes access to resources, such as, all Dia Method® videos, an online instructor community and Q&A sessions with Leah Keller.
Q: How long is certification valid?
A: Certification is valid for up to two years. Dia Core Team membership fees must remain current in order to retain certification.
