Published medical research proves The Dia Method works

Medical researchers confirm The Dia Method’s efficacy in resolving diastasis recti postpartum, a condition often referred to as “mommy pooch.” This study of The Dia Method, entitled “Postnatal exercise can reverse diastasis recti,” has been published in the May 2014 issue of the Green Journal (American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology).

This is the first published research to prove what we at Dia have seen time and again: exercise can and does reverse abdominal separation. In less than 12 weeks subjects achieved full resolution of diastasis recti.
