It is never too late to get your pre-baby body back!

“5 years after my second child was born I was finally able to get rid of my diastasis without surgery. I am a 40-something year old mom with 2 children, ages 6 and 9. I have always been an avid exerciser but after my second child, all the exercise regimens could not get rid of my diastasis (center stomach muscles not coming back together above and below my naval, thus leaving a deep wide gap in the middle of my stomach).
